Dear Les:
At your request, we propose to perform engineering services for the subject project. We propose
to perform the following scope of services:
• I will visit and walk the site and make visual observations of the building. These will
generally be limited to the building envelope (rincol7walls) and the structural framing to the
extent they are visible without destructive removal of finishes.
• I will prepare a brief written report summarizing my observations and recommendations.
This will include a ball park level cost estimate for repairs with the aid of Glenroy
Construction—a contractor we have worked closely with in the past on similar work.
We propose to perform the above for a lump sum fee of$3,000. This includes all reimbursable
expenses including Glenroy's help.
My plan is to visit the building Thursday the 23r"at 9:30. Hopefully, this still works for everyone.
If you are in agreement with the above please sign and return a copy I this proposal as your notice
