5.3 Other Requirements
This Pricing Schedule is available only to Customer who:
• have received an offer for substantially similar Services/Offers from another provider at an equal or lower price in which the
nonrecurring installation charges have been waived;
• order new service and charges for services that have not previously been provided by AT&T Corp, AT&T Affiliate or Subsidiary;
• Circuits must be provisioned as Total Service.
The rates, discounts and other provisions in this Pricing Schedule are contingent upon signature by both parties on or before AUGUST
31, 2009
7. RATES
7.1 The following rates apply for circuits ordered and installed as specified below. Any circuit ordered and installed without meeting all of
the specified criteria will be rated as specified in section 7.2.
