August 15, 2005
The Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Jef£ersonville met in a special session in the Mayor's
Conference room in the City County Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana on the 15th day of August
2005.
Mayor Waiz called the meeting to order at 4:05p.m. Board Members Jeffrey Caldwell and Jack
Jordan were present. Please see attendance sheet attached of all present.
The special meeting is for the purpose of opening the bids received for the Annex Area 4 Sewers.
The bids are as follows:
T & C~.: Division A in the amount of $755,333.20
Division B in the amount of $554,815.30
Total bid: $1,310,148.50
Mac Construction: Division A in the amount of $618,615.00
Division B in the amount of $461,638.50
Total bid: $1,080,253.50
Pace: Division A in the amount of $653,806:00
Division B in the amount of $493,194.00
Total bid: $1,147,000.00
Team C~. Division A in the amount of $475,251.50
Division B in the amount of $409,748.50
Total bid: $885,000.00
Excel.: Division A in the amount of $1,006,274.16
Division B in the amount of $602,269.10
Total bid: $1,608,543.26
Jack Jordan requested the engineers estimated. Jorge Lanz advised the board the engineer
estimate for the project is: Division A in the amount of $525,455; Division B in the an~ount of
$448,045; Total project in the amount of $973,580.
Jack Jordan moved to take the bids under advisement for review, seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell,
passing ~sly.
