General Liabili _ty Release Document
By the execution of this General Liability Release, the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana (the "City"), hereby acknowledges that K & I Lumber and Building Materials,
227 East Lee Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40208 ("K & I Lumber") in the fulfillment of
the Agreement effective November 9, 2004 to December 21, 2004, (see attached Exhibit
"A" and incorporated herein by reference), the payment of $16,772.11 which account is
paid in full (see attached Exhibit "B") and that K & I Lumber acknowledges, and does
hereby release and forever discharge the City of Jeffersonville, and any and all other
parties in interest, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, and demands for,
upon, or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which heretofore has been or which
hereafter may be sustained by us, our heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in
consequence of the fulfillment of the Agreement.
