BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, County of Clark, State of Indlana, that sald Common
Councll will meet in the Multi-Purpose Meeting Room, City-County
Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the J day of ~_._, 1996 at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether an
Emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance maklng the following
Appropriations in addltion to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal
year 1996.

Appropriation from the INDOT and Jeff City Agreement Fund
for the following:

Drainage
Plpe Repalr
Tractor & Mower
Safety Equipment

Mayor Salary and Related Benefits
Clerk and Treasurer Salary and Related Benefits
City Court Judge Salary and Related Benefits

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Treasurer of the
