Jack Jordan moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell, passing

The December 13, 2004 minutes were presented to the board for approval. Jeffrey Caldwell
moved to approve the minutes with the minor typos being corrected, seconded by Jack Jordan
passing unanimously.
Antonio Lowe of 6011 Corr Circle requested a payment plan for his tap-in fee.. Jack Jordan
moved to approve Mr. Lowe for a $300.00 down payment and monthly payments of
approximately $80.00 per month for three years for the tap-in, seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell
passing unanimously.
The January 10, 2005 claims were presented to the board for approval. Bob Miller hand c~rried
one additional claim for Elise Jackson in the amount of $330.00 for minutes of three meetings-
Jack Jordan moved to approve the claims with the one addition, seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell
passing unanimously.
Mark Sneve presented the Summary of Ongoing Public Works Projects.
Mark Sneeve presented the Review of EMC WWTP operations for the month of Nove:mber.
Tim Crawford presented the Monthly Operations Report from for November 2004.
Robert Miller presented the Financial Report for the month of November.
Jorge Lanz presented the Draft RFQ for Professional Engineer Services for an Independent
Technical Review.
Jeffrey Caldwell moved to submit the RFQ to advertise in the Courier Journal and Evening
News, seconded by Jack Jordan.
Jorge Lanz addressed the board regarding the need to look into and move on the bond issues
now that the rate increase has been approved.
Mark Sneve advised the board that the advertisement for the Anoxic Zone project to be bid by
the nex).~. J~rk will get together with Les Merkley and prepare.
