Dear Anne Marie:
Enclosed please find all of the documents you have requested per your letter dated
October 1,2004. These documents were prepared by the Clerk-Treasurer's Office.
Please be advised that the City has chosen not to release copies of W-2's for all City
employees per item #4 of your letter. Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-4(b) certain personnel
records may be witkheld from the general public. It is my opinion that such records
would include W-2's.
If you wish to discuss this matter further, please call. Otherwise, the City looks forward
to prompt reimbursement of the overpayment made to you in 2003. With warm regards, I
