February 9, 2004
The Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Jeffersonville met in regular session in the Mayor's Conference
room in the City County Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana on the 9th day of February, 2004.
Mayor Rob Waiz called the meeting to order at 4:I0 p.m.. Board Member Jeffrey Caldwell was present.
Also present were Jorge Lanz, Les Merkley, Mark Sneve, Bob Miller, Tim Crawford, Mike Lanham, Peggy
Wilder, Robert Miller, Klm Myers, Bill Kimmel, Wayne Estopinal and Alex Davis.
The agenda was presented to the board for approval. Jeffrey Caldwell moved to approve the agenda as
amended, seconded by Mayor Waiz, passing unanimously~
The claims were presented to the board for approval. Bob Miller hand carried two additional claims. A
claim for Mike Lanham in the amount of $70.94 for cell phone usage and for Wells Outdoor Power in the
amount of $630.00 for the pump motor. Jeffrey Caldwell moved to approve the claims with the two
additional to Mike Lanham and Wells Outdoor Power, seconded by Mayor Waiz, passing unanimously.
Jeffrey Caldwell addressed the Sewer Revenue Fund which he thought should have been set up per Peggy
Wilder. Peggy Wilder informed the Board the account will be set up by the end of the month. They had to
wait to close out the end of the year.
Bill Kimmel addressed the board regarding the new system status. Mr. Kimmel expects the be completely
operational by the end of the month.
Mark sneve presented the Summary of Ongoing Public Work Projects. Mark Sneve presented the Monthly
Review of EMC's Operations for the month of December 2003.
Tim Crawford presented the monthly Operations for the December 2003.
