This Agreement entered into on the 2~ "=- day of July 2004, betxveen the City of
Jeffersonville ("Cit3r'~ and Jeff boat ("Jeffboat") regarding the repair of sewer pipe beneath
Jeffboat property between Marker Street and the Ohio River.
The terms of the Agreement are as follows:
Jeffboat is to install a manhole and the City will furnish the manhole and
casting;
