April 28, 2003
The Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Jeffersonville met in regular session in the Mayor's
Conference Room in the City county Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana on the 28th day of April, 2003.
Mayor Tom Galligan called the meeting to order 4:15 p.m. Board member Jeffrey Caldwell was
present. Also present were Brian Dixon and Bob Miller.
The agenda was presented to the board for approval. Jeffrey Caidwell moved to approve the agenda
as presented, seconded by Mayor Galligan, passing unanimousl?
The claims were presented to the board for approval. Bob Miller hand delivered a claim for Richard
Lewman for the Sewer Easement in the amount of $32,500.00. Jeffrey Caldwell moved to approve
the claims with the additional claim for the sewer easement in the amount of $32,500 with the
agreement that Bobby Lynn will reimburse the City immediately., seconded by Mayor Galligan,
passing unanimously.
The minutes of April 14, 2003 Were presented to the board for approval. Jeffrey Caldwell moved to
approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Mayor Galligan, passing unanimously.
