March 11, 2003
The Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Jeffersonville met in regular session in the Mayor's
Conference Room in the City county Building, Jeffersonvilte, Indiana on the 11a day of March 2003.
Mayor Tom Galligan called the meeting to order 4:10 p.m. Board members Jack Jordan and Jeffrey
Caldwell were present. Also present were Tim Crawford, Todd Booker, Louis Greenwell, Jo!m
Toombs, Robert Miller, Kim Myers, Mark Sneeve and Tim Crawford.
The agenda was presented to the board for approval. Jack Jordan moved to approve the agenda as
presented, seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell, passing unanimously.
The claims were presemed to the board for approval. Jeffrey Caldwell moved to approve the claims
of February 24, 2003 as presented, seconded by Jack Jordan, passing unanimously, leffrey Caldwell
moved to approve the claims of March 11, 2003 as presented, seconded by Jack Jordan, passing
unanimously.
K. im Myers presented the January Financial Report and answered questions from the Board.
Jeffrey Caldwell advised the Board that Robert Miller's contract has been on the table
for some time and he would like to take action on it. Jeffrey moved to approve the six month
contract from March 11 through August 31, 2003 with a maximum compensation at no more than
$25,000, seconded by Jack Jordan, passing ananimously.
John Toombs presented the bids for Magnolia Lift Station. John suggested that the board review the
bids and take under advisement to discuss at the next meeting. John Toombs presented the Projects
in Planning to the board.
Mark Sneve presented the board with the Summary of Ongoing Public Works Projects and the
Review of EMC's Operations for the Month of January 2003. Mark presented the adjustment to the
current scope. Jack Jordan suggested the board review the adjustment and discuss at the next
meeting.
Tim Crawford presented the Monthly Operations Report for the Month of January 2003.
Todd Booker and Louis Greenwell held a GIS Presentation update.
