THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
March 25, 2002
The Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Jeffersonville met in regular session at the Jeffersonville
Waste Water Treatment Plant on the 25th day of March, 2002.
Mayor Tom Galligan called the meeting to order at 4:06 p.m. Also present were Board member Jack
Jordan and Jeffrey Caldwell. Also present were Brian Dixon, John Toombs, Tim Crawford, Mark
Reilly, Mark Sneeve, Ralph Johansen and Jeff Graham.
The agenda was presented to the Board for approval. Jack Jordan moved to approve the agenda as
amended seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell, passing unanimously.
Ralph Johansen and Jeff Graham of GRW Engineers held a presentation regarding an Electronic
Leak Locator.
Mark Reilly asked the board for ideas on the sewer tie-ins for property he has purchased and ready to
build on in Fox Run Estates. John Toombs advised him he would look into different possibilities
and advise him as soon as possible.
Mark Sneeve presented the Review of EMC Operations for February to the Board. Mark addressed
the board regarding the Preliminary Engineering Presentation handed out last meeting regarding the
growth for the treatment plants.
The minutes of March 11, 2002 were presented for approval. Jack Jordan moved to approve the
minutes as presented, seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell, passing unanimously.
The claims were presented for approval. Jack Jordan moved to approve the claims as presented,
seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell, passing unanimously.
