July 22, 2002
The Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Jeffersonvilie met in regular session in the Mayor's
Conference Room in the City County .Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana on the 22® day of July 2002.
Mayor Tom Galiigan called the meeting to order at 4:10 p.m.. Also present were Board Members
Jeffrey Caldwell, Jack Jordan and Peggy Wilder. Brian Dixon, Dustin White, Robert Miller, William
West and Megan Hoyer were also present.
The agenda was presented to the Board for approval. Jeffrey Caldwell asked to add the approval
of Robert Miller's contract to the agenda. Jeffrey Caldwell moved to approve the agenda as
amended, seconded by Jack Jordan, passing unanimously.
The minutes of July 8, 2002 were presented for approval. Jeffrey Caldwell moved to approve the
minutes as presented, seconded by Jack Jordan, passing unanimously.
The Claims were presented to the board for approval. Jack Jordan moved to approve the claims
as presented, seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell, passing unanimously.
William West asked the Board for a payment plan for his tap-in fee. The Board advised him to pay
$200.00 down and the balance to be paid within 36 months at an 8% interest rate. Brian Dixon
advised him to contact Bob Miller for the contract when he was ready to tap-in.
Jack Jordan presented a Fund Report Analysis to the Board in regards to how important a budget
would be for the Board. All members agreed and Mayor Galligan advised Jack he would gather
the information on all the pending jobs and the expected costs of each job by the next meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20p.m.
