To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Indiana Open Records Law under Indiana Code §5-14-3-1
et. seq., I am requesting a copy of the following public records:
1. All minutes of meetings of the Board of Public Works and Safety for
the meetings of October 7, 2002, October 14, 2002 and October 28, 2002;
2. Ail minutes of meetings of the City Council (except July i, 2002) for
the years 2000, 200i and 200_ concerning the l0th Street and Spring Street
Project; and
3. All other documents concerning the 10th Street and Spring Street
Project, including but not limited to resolutions, ordinances and correspondence.
