October 28, 2002
The Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Jeffersonville met in regular session in the
Mayor's Conference Room in the City County Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana on the
28th day of October 2002.
Mayor Tom Galligan called the meeting to order at 4:10p.m. Board members Jeffrey
Caldwell and Jack Jordan were present. Also present were Brian Dixon, Kim Myers and
Bob Miller.
The agenda was presented to the board for approval. Jack Jordan moved to approve the
agenda as presented, seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell, passing unanimously.
The claims were presented to the board for approval. Jack Jordan moved to approve the
claims as presented, seconded by Jeffrey Campbell, passing unanimously.
Ron Watson requested the board for an adjustment on his sewer bill due to the fact that
he left his water hose running. The Mayor advised him to confirm that the water did not
drain through the sewer and to advise the board and they would discuss the options.
Kim Myers presented the Financial Reports for July, August and September. The Mayor
asked how many customers do they presently have. Kim advised the board the number
was approximately 10,600. The Mayor would like to have an audit run to locate users
that have hooked up to the system but are not paying. The board discussed the options on
how to handle such a project.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20p.m.
