Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose Meeting Room, Room 3~8~

1997 at 7:0~ P.M.s foe the purpose of considering and determining
whether an Emergency e~lsts for the passage of an Ordinance maklng the
following Appropriations in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for
the fiscal year 1997.
