A RESOLUTION HONORING
REVEREND WALTER JIMISON
AS HE CELEBRATES 41 YEARS
AS MINISTER OF TRINITY BAPTIST CHURCH
WHEREAS, Reverend Walter Jimison is an outstanding citizen of the City of
Jeffersonville; and
WHEREAS, Reverend Walter Jimison is a positive role model to the people of
the City of Jeffersonville; and
WHEREAS, Reverend Waiter Jimison has served 41 years as minister of the
Trinity Baptist Church; and
WHEREAS, The City of Jeffersonville wishes to recognize and commemorate his
41 years as Minister of the Trinity Baptist Church..
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the City of Jeffersonville does hereby declare
Reverend Waiter Jimison to be a Commodore of the Port; and further declare that his
41 years as Minister of the Trinity Baptist Church shall be an honorary City observance.
