A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER FOR
PUBLICATION OF NOTICE
WHEREAS, Indiana Code 5-3-1-4(a) requires that a political subdivision
designate the newspaper in which it shall publish notices at the first meeting in January
of each year;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Jeffersonville hereby designates the Evening News as the newspaper in
which the City of Jeffersonville shall publish notices under I.C. 5-3-1-4.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
