A RESOLUTION FIXING REGULAR TIMES TO CONDUCT
COMMON COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, pursuant to 30.02 of the Jeffersonville Municipal Code, the Common
Council of the City of Jeffersonville (hereinafter "the Council") sets its regular meeting
times at its first meeting each year.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Regular Meetings for 1997
are hereby fixed for the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. Ifa regular meeting
is scheduled for a holiday that meeting shall be held the following day at 7:00 p.m.
Passed and adopted .by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
