ORDINANCE NO. 98-OR-_~__
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major,budget classification to
another within the Police Department Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Police Department Budget sufficient monies to pay this
additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffe?sonville,
Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Police Department Budget be
transferred as indicated.
