ORDINANCE NO. 98-OR-
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS
WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the Building Commissioner's budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Building Commissioner's budget sufficient
monies to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Office of the
Building Commissioner be transferred as indicated.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
