ORDINANCE NO. 98-OR- q /
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to
another within the Local Roads and Streets Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Local Roads and Streets Budget sufficient monies to pay
this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Local Roads and Streets Budget be
transferred as indicated.

ALLOTTED
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
