AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the 1999 Building Commission's Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the 1999 Building Commission's Budget sufficient
monies to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Office of the
Building Commission be transferred as indicated for 1999.
