ORDINANCE NO. 98-0R- ~'7
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS
WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major
budget classification to another within the Mayor's budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Mayods Budget sufficient monies to
pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of ]effersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the
Office of the Mayor be transferred as indicated.
