AN ORDINANCE AMENI)ING CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 97-OR-33
BE IT ORDAINED BY TtIE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1
That from and after the 1 st day of January, 1998, the following employees of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, shall receive the following base salary per year.
~SANITATION
Assistant Superintendent ............................................................................................................................... $27,720.00
Driver/CDL (10) ........................................................................................... (5.50 - 12.97 per hour) $ 269,776.00
Driver/Laborer (4) ......................................................................................... (5.50 - 12.63 per hour) $105,082.00
Laborer (1) ....................................................................................................... (5.50 - 9.84 per hour) $20,468.00
SecreCy(l) .................................... ..................................................................................... :'"": ...........
Part-time Employees (3) .................................................................................. (5.50 - 9.00 per hour) * , .
Overtime ........................................................................................................................................................ $19,000.00
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Common
Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana.
