AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 97-OR-33
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1
That from and after the 1 st day of January 1998, the following employees of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, shall receive the following base salary per year.
SEWAGE DEPARTMENT
Heavy Equipment Operator (2) ............................................................................................ ($12.00 to $14.00 per hour)
Labor/Supervisor .................................................................................................................. ($12.48 per hour)
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Common
Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana.
