ORDINANCE NO. 98-OR-~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the Local Roads & Streets' Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Local Roads & Streets' Budget sufficient monies to
pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Department
of the Local Roads & Streets be transferred as indicated.
