Re: Resignation as Jeffersonville City Court Judge
Dear Governor Daniels:
This letter will serve as notice that I will resign as Judge in Jeffersonville City Court
effective midnight December 31, 2006. The reason for my resignation is my election to Judge of
Clark County Superior Court No.1. I will take office in Superior Court on January 1, 2007.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to assist your office with a smooth
transition in Jeffersonville City Court.
