Engineering PropOsal for Jeffersonville Wastewater Treatment Plant Review
of Proposed Top Options from TetraTech and R.R. Consultants
Dear Mayor W aiz'
This proposal / scope of .work is submitted for your review and approval as requested.
The review is for the wastewater treatment Plant only. Work is to' begin in .approximately
thirty (30) days after the top wastewater option is completed by TetraTech and R.R.
Consultants. This GRW proposal is to provide an independent review of these two
options. The GRW review will take 2-3 weeks.
GRW would propose an initial meeting with the Sanitary Sewer Board to receive the
TetraTech and R.R. Consultants data and establish general goals and time schedules.
After one week, GRW would like to meet separately with TetraTech and R.R.
Consultants. This'meeting would be to clarify any technical questions GRW might have
on their proposals before finalizing the GRW review. Five (5) copies of GRW's final
review'will be provided to you.
This proposal assumes that the Jeffersonville'Sanitary Sewer Board will provide the
following'
· JTL/Strand LTCP
· TetraTech WWTP TOp WWTP Alternative
· R.R. Consultants WWTP Top WWTP Alternative
20-Year Master Plan
It is assumed that the above information includes a basis of design of individual treatment'
units together with a-breakdown estimate of capital and life cycle costs.

For the above scope of work, GRW proposes a lump sum fee of $9,800.. We would
propose to use team members from our previously submitted RFQ for the ITR - 20-
Year Master Plan / CSO / LTCP Plan.
