This Indenture Witnesseth that the City Of Jeffersonville, Indiana, a
municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Indiana, for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS
unto Jeffersonville Department of Redevelopment, all of its right, title and interest
in estate in Clark County, Indiana specifically described on the attached Exhibit "A,"
which legal description is incorporated by reference into this instrumem. The
remainder of Exhibk "A," a surveyor's drawing of the real estate conveyed hereby, is
also incorporated by reference herein for purposes of clarity and &finition.
The Jeffersonville Board of Public Works and Safety approved this transfer by
adopting Resolution 2003- ~4q at ks regularly-scheduled meeting of December
~ ,2003.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this QuitcLaim Deed
