This agreement made and entered into this 12 day of June., 2003. I or we hereby grant unto
Crum'~ Auction and Realty the exclusive right to sell at public auction the following described
personal property in the city of Jeffersonville Counties of Clark State of IN, to-wit; Personal
property belonging to the city of Jeffersonvile with sale taking place on a city owned facility.
Said public auction shall be conducted upon the above described premises on the following date:
September 6, 2003 I0:00 am
PERSONAL PROPERTY
In consideration for services rendered I Or we agree to pay Crum's Auction & Realty, Inc. the
following commission structure:
An escalating commission structure:
10% on the first $I00,000
8% on the next $150,000
6% on any any amount over $250,000
The auction company will handle all aspects of the auction from, set up, clerking,
auctioneering, cashiering, settlement, and overseeing pick up of all sold items.
This contract is enforceable without relief from valuation and appraisement laws with attorney's fees.
The auction company is acting as the sellers agent and is in no way responsible to any other party for
the conduction of the auction. I or we affirm that we are the owners of the personal property that
will be sold and that all legal requirements have been met to conduct the auction.
I or we have read the foregoing contract and fully understand the contents thereofi I or we further
represent that the statements contained herein are made by me or us in my court appointed capacity
as commissioner and that the same are true to our best knowledge; that this contract contains and sets
out the entire agreement of the parties.
It is mutually agreed that this contract shall be binding and obligatory upon the undersigned, and the
separate heirs, administrators, executors, assigns and successors in interest of the undersigned.
