AUTttORIZED REPRESENTATIVE RESOLUTION
Entitled a resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Jeffersonville to act for the City in
an application and other necessary matters for the State Revolving Loan Fund, in connection with the
development of a Preliminary Engineering Report for the City of Jeffersonville.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana that, Thomas R. Galligan, Mayor of the City of Jeffersonville, is authorized
and directed to submit applications for loans to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management
for funding under the State Revolving Fund and further to furnish such information, data and
documents pertaining to the applications and to act as representative of the City of Jeffersonville in
connection with said application, upon representative or request.
