ACCEPTANCE OF PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana has caused a Preliminary Engineering Report dated
April, 1998 to be p~epared by the consulting firm of Jacobi, Toombs and Lanz, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said report has been presented to the public at a public hearing held April 30, 1998
for their comments; and
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville finds that there was not sufficient evidence presented in
objection to the recommended project in the Preliminary Engineering Report.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that:
The Preliminary Engineering Report dated April, 1998 is approved and adopted by the
Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville; and
Said report will be submitted to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management
for review and approval.
