OLD BUSINESS
OFFICE SPACE AT CITY HALL
Clerk Treasurer Wilder appeared before the Board to request approval of a Change Order to do the
necessary changes to her office space on the third floor at the new City Hall. She said the cost for the
minimal changes are going to be substantially lower than the mount the Estopinal Group estimated.
She said no walls would need to be moved. She met with Council members at the new building and
they agreed with the changes. After discussion Mayor Waiz said Clerk Treasurer Wilder would need to
submit a letter to him stating that the Council is on board and list the changes so he can halt work on the
third floor. Clerk Treasurer Wilder said she has already called Mr. Estopinal on this and he has left
messages for the contractor to halt work on the third floor until further notice. Councilperson McCauley
told the Board that the concerns of the Council have been addressed and they will approve this request.
Mayor Waiz said that he would instruct the Estopinal Group to stoP construction on the third floor and
that this would be taken back up next week for approval. Clerk Treasurer Wilder thanked the Board for
their consideration in this matter.
