OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
DECEMBER 14, 2005
In Mayor Waiz's absence Engineer Miller called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and on call of the roll
those members present were: Councilperson Sellers and Building Commissioner Segraves sitting in for
City Engineer Miller.
Also present were: Street Commissioner Ellis, Fire Chief Miles, Asst. Police Chief Lovan, Animal
Shelter Director Wilder, Vehicle Maintenance Director Drury, Building Commissioner Segraves,
Planning and Zoning Director Hicks, Personnel Director Calabro, City Clerk Treasurer Wilder, and
Deputy Clerk Mayfield.
Councilperson Sellers made the motion to approve the payroll, seconded by Building
Commissioner Segraves and carded unanimously.
T.M. WELLS VALUATION SERVICE
Tim Wells of T.M. Wells Valuation Services gave the Board an update on progress that has
been made on the Fixed Asset Program. (Attached) He is requesting an additional
$25,000.00 plus another $2,500.00 in expenses. Clerk Treasurer Wilder said the State Board
of Accounts wants the program finished. Councilperson Sellers made the motion to approve
the request contingent upon Council, Sewer Board, and Drainage Board approval, seconded
by Building Commissioner Segraves and carried unanimously.
COMMENTS:
Personnel Director Calabro said she is canceling her Verizon cell phone service.
There being no further discussion to come before the Board, Councilperson Sellers made the
motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:43 a.m., seconded by Building Commissioner Segraves
and carried unanimously.
