A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE SPECIAL APPROPRIATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose
Meeting Room, Room 308, City-County building, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 17th day
of January, 2000 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriation in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal year 2000.
AMOUNT REQUESTED
LOCAL ROADS AND STREETS
Appropriation from the Local Roads and Streets Fund for the following:
Construction
$250,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
