A RESOLUTION DECLARING
AN OFFICIAL INTENT TO REIMBURSE EXPENDITURES
WHEREAS, the City of Jef£ersonville, Indiana (the "Issuer") intends
construct and make improvements to the sewage works of the Issuer, as described ~
the attached Exhibit A (the "Project");
WHEREAS, the Issuer reasonably expects to reimburse expenditures for ff.
Project (the "Expenditures") with proceeds of the Issuer's Sewage Works Revenr
Bonds, Series 1999, in the maximum principal amount of not to exceed Three Millic
Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($3,390,000) (the "Bonds"), to be issued
the Issuer for the purpose of financing the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Issuer desires to declare its intent to reimburse
Expenditures pursuant to Treas. Reg. {} 1.103-18(f) and Indiana Code 5-1-14-6(b).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIl
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA THAT:
Section 1. The Issuer hereby declares its intent to reimburse expenditures fc
the Project with proceeds of' the Bonds.
