political subdivision of the State of Indiana with offices located at 501 East Court
Avenue, Jeffersonville, Indiana and New Hope Services, Inc., (the "Owner"), located in
Clark County, Indiana whose mailing address is 725 Wall Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana
47130.
Whereas, the Owner owns an abandoned house at 2004 Spring Street; and
Whereas, the Owner wishes to license the City to use the house for fire fighting
training sessions and for no other purpose; and
Whereas the City wishes to indenmify and hold the Owner harmless from any and
all damages it may suffer as a result of licensing the City to use the house at 2004 Spring
Street for fire fighting training; and
Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City
and the Owner agree as follows:
The Owner hereby grants the City a license to use the house at 2004 Spring Street

certificate of insurance reflecting the Owner as an additional named insured under the
City's policy.
4. The pames hereby agree that either party, upon thirty (30) day's written nottce to
the other party, may terminate this license agreement.
5. This agreement may only be amended by a written instrument signed by both
parties.
In Witness Whereof, the parties have executed this Agreement as of
the date first written above.
