STANDARD AGENCY AGREEMENT BETWEEN BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
FOR THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
Edward Culpepper Cooper appeared before the Board to request approval of a Standard Agency
Agreement between the Board of Public Works and Safety for the City of Jeffersonville. Mr. Cooper
stated for the record that the Culpepper Group, Inc. has worked hard to secure employee benefits for the
City at a reasonable cost to the City; it's employees and the taxpayers. He said his company has been
endorsed by the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns and specialize in insurance for Cities, Towns,
and Counties. He felt a contract to continue as the City's agent of record would be beneficial and help
with the transition of the new administration. Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the
agreement, seconded by Parks Director Elliott and carried unanimously.
INQUIRY
Engineer Miller asked Police Chief Pavey if he had any information on the car break-ins on
Marigold Drive. ChiefPavey said he would find out for him.
CHAS.N.A.PIKE

more closely because large trucks are traveling on it and tearing up the new pavement.
There being no further discussion to come before the Board the motion was made by Engineer Miller to
adjourn at 10:10 a.m., seconded by Parks Director Elliott and carried unanimously.
