OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
JANUARY 5, 2004
Mayor Waiz called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and on call of the roll those members present
Were: City Engineer Miller and Redevelopment Director Becker.
Also present were: Building Commissioner Seagraves, Police Chief Ashabranner, Wastewater
Treatment Director Crawford, Vehicle Maintenance Director Drury, Administrator Rich Davis, City
Attorney Merkley, Street Director Ellis, Parks Director Poff, Planning and Zoning Director Padgett, and
Clerk Lyrme Mayfield.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to table the minutes of 12-8-04, 12-15-04, 12-22-04, and 12-29-
04 for review, seconded by Redevelopment Director Becker and carried unanimously.
RESIDENT ONLY PARKING
Cecelia Tutt appeared before the Board to request a Resident Only parking sign at 2510 Crums Lane.
Police Chief Ashabranner will have the location checked out. Engineer Miller made the motion to
approve the Resident Only parking sign pending Police Chief Ashabrauner's approval, seconded by
Redevelopment Director Becker and carried unanimously.
ETHICS DISCLOSURE FORMS
City Attorney Merkley said he needs all department heads to complete and turn in their Ethics
Disclosure forms.
There being no further business to come before the Board the motion was made by Engineer Miller to
Redevelopment Director Becker and carried unanimously.
