OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
JUNE 9, 2003
Mayor Galligan called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and on call of the roll those members present
Were: City Engineer Miller and Parks Director Elliott sitting in for Councilperson Frantz.
Also present were: Plarming and Zoning Director Chris Padgett, Wastewater Treatment Dir. Crawford,
Vehicle Maintenance Director Drury, Building Commissioner Gavin, Personnel Director Ellis,
Administrator Rich Davis, Redevelopment Director Robinson, Animal Shelter Director Wilder, Street
Commissioner Grant, Police Chief Pavey, Fire Chief Mike Smith, and Clerk Lynne Mayfield.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the payroll as presented, seconded by Parks Director
Elliott and carried unanimously.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the minutes of 6-2-03 as presented, seconded by Parks
Director Elliott and carded unanimously.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the claims as presented, seconded by Parks Director
Elliott and carried unanimously.
STREET CLOSING
Engineer Miller said that Court Avenue to Broadway will be closed for 60 days for reconstruction of
Court Avenue.
There being no further business to come before the Board the motion was made by Engineer Miller to
adjourn at J,0:00 a.m. seconded by Parks Director Elliott and carried unanimously.
