OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
DECEMBER 16, 2002
Mayor Galligan called the meeting to order at 9:30 am and on call of the roll those members present
Were: City Engineer Miller and Councilperson Waiz.
Also present were: Waste~vater Treatment Dir. Crawford. Vehicle Maintenance Director
Drury, Building Commissioner Gavin, Personnel Director Eiiis. Administrator Rich Davis,
Animal Shelter Director Wilder, Parks Director Elliott, Animal Shelter SecretaL'y
Gartelman, Planning and Zoning Director ¢adgett, Police Chief Pavey, Fire Chief Mike
Smith, and Clerk Lynne Mayfield.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the payroll as presented, seconded by
Councilperson Frantz and carried unanimously. Mavor Galligan asked if there is anyone on
the payroll that he or Personnel Director Ellis doesn't know ahout

~ seconded by Councilperson Waiz and carried unanimously
RESIDENTIAL PARKING
Jeannie Boggs came before the Board to request for her sister Janie Wright a resident only
parking sign at 412 Watt Street. Councilperson Waiz made the motion to approve the
resident only parking sign for $100 00 per year, seconded by Engineer Miller and carried
unanimously.
RESIDENTIAL PARKING
Barbara Raymon asked for handicapped parking sign at 214 W Chestnut Street, Apt. 1. Her
landlord submitted a letter stating that they have no problem with the request. Engineer
Miller made the motion to approve the handicapped parking sigm seconded by
Councilperson Waiz and carried unanimously
There being no further business to come before the Board the motion was made by
Engineer Miller to adjourn at 9;50 am. seconded by Councilperson Waiz and carried
unanimously.
