OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
NOVEMBER 18, 2002
Mayor Galligan called the meeting to order at 9:30 am. and on call of the roll those members present
Were: City Engineer Miller and CoUncilperson Waiz.
Also present were: Wastewater Treatment Dir. Crawford, Vehicle Maintenance Director
Drury, Building Commissioner Gavin, Personnel Director Ellis, Administrator Rich Davis,
Animal Shelter Director Wilder, Engineer Dixon, Planning and Zoning Director Padgett,
Police ChiefPavey, Asst. Fire Chief Davis, and Clerk Lynne Mayfield
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the payroll as presented, seconded by
Councilperson Waiz and carried unanimously. Mayor Gatligan asked if anyone is on the
payroll that he nor Personnel Director Ellis are not aware o£ There was not.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the minutes of 11-12-02 as presented,
seconded by Councilperson Frantz and carried unanimously.
There were no items on the agenda and Mayor Galligan asked for a motion to adjourn.
There being no further business to come before the Board the motion was made by
Engineer Miller to adjourn at 9:45 a.m. seconded by Councilperson Waiz and carried
unanimously.
