WEDNESDAY JUNE 307 1993
Mayor Raymond J. Parker Jr. called the special meeting to order at
1:30 P.M., and on call of the roll those members present were Mayor
Parker, Personnel and Safety Director Harold Lakeman, and Sewage
Collection Office Director Jim Matra.
SEWER BIDS
The sewer bids for Sherwood Heights and Wellinger Lane were opened by
John Toombs, of Jacobi~ Toombs and Lanz Engineering Firm~ they are as
follows:
Clark Nichols
Bid $5!~690.00
Dan Cristianti
Bid $49,695.00
Irish Park
Bid $39,150.00
Charlestown, Indiana
Floyd Knobs~ Indiana
Clarksville~ Indiana
John Toombs said that Irish Park is low bidder. Mr. Toombs recommends
that the Board review the bids, and award it at the next Board
meeting. Director Lakeman made the motion to approve the sewer bids
to Irish Park~ contingent upon approval of various bonds~ and be
awarded at the next Board meeting on Tuesday July 6, 1993, seconded by
Director Matra, and carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Public
Works and Safety~ Director Lakeman made the motion to adjourn at 1:35
P.M., seconded by Director Matra, and carried unanimously.
