In the absence of Personnel and Safety Director Harold Lakeman,
Administrative Assistant Donna Baird took his place.
Also present were: City Attorney Mike Gillenwater and Clerk Alice
Davis.
Mayor Parker did note that the notice was posted at all doors and
advertised in the news paper.
City Attorney Mike Gillenwater said he was opening the Bids for Vac
Truck for the Sewer Plant~ the Brown Equipment Inc. bid was
inadvertently opened by the Mayor's Secretary and resealed.

Mayor Parker said that this will be taken under advisement and will
act on it at the Board meeting on Monday. Director Matra made the
motion to take this under advisement until monday to let the
respective people take a look at the bid, seconded by member Baird,
and carried unanimously.
6TH AND MICHIGAN LOT LEASE
City Attorney Mike Gillenwater reported that NBD Bank doesn't want to
lease the property at 6th and Michigan Avenue. Mike said he wants
permission to advertise the lot for a three year lease. Director
Matra made the motion to have the City Attorney advertise the lot at
6th and Michigan Avenue for a three year lease, seconded by member
Baird, and carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Public
Works and Safety~ Director Matra made the motion to adjourn at
2:lSp.m., seconded by member Baird~ and carried unanimously.
