HomeMy WebLinkAbout03-11-1996 Executive SessionBOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA MEMORANDUM OF EXECUTIVE SESSION MONDAY MARCH 11, 1996 Deputy to the Mayor Phil McCauley called the Executive Session to order at 10:25 a.m., and on call of the roll those members present were: Deputy to the Mayor Phil McCautey, Personnel Director Harold Lakeman, Safety Director Anthony Harrod Also present were: City Attorney Anne Marie Sedwick, Davis. and Clerk Alice TOPICS OF SESSION (RE:IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6) Authorization for healthcare exception. Deputy to the Mayor Phil McCauley has a letter from former Agent of Record Edward Cutpepper Cooper dated February 28, 1996 to Ms. Mary Ann O'Donald-Pearson, Business Manager, Ten Broeck Hospital, 8521 LaGrange Road, Louisville, Kentucky, 40242, notifying her of authorization for exception to a limit on services for Jeffersonville employee Clifton James, I.D. #306-54-1487, that his attending physician has requested that the patient be allowed to stay through Monday March 4, 1996. This authorizes an extension beyond the 10-day inpatient limit. Director Harrod made the motion to approve the extension of Clifton James stay through Monday, March 4, 1996 at Ten Broeck Hospital, seconded by Director Lakeman, and carried unanimously.
