Galllgan called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M., and
roll those members present were: Personnel Director
and Safety Director Anthony Harrod.
Also present were: Wastewater Treatment Plant Mananger Kendall
Coleman,Planning and Development Director Jlm Urban,Vehicle
Maintenance Foreman Mike Ewton, Animal Shelter Office Manager Rick
Broy, City Engineer Assistant Victor Best, Street Commissioner George
Trembly, Sewage Office Manager Bob Goldman, Wastewater Treatment Plant
Assistant Director Scott Tlmmerman~ Police Chief Mike Pavey~ Fire
Chief Mike Smith,Building Commissioner Bill Gavln~ and Clerk Lynne
Kempf.

CANDLELIGHT VIGIL AND MARCH
Reverend Robert Gra~% on behalf of the NAACP requested permission to
hold a Candlelight Vigil and March on Saturday~ April 5th,
1997.Director Harrod made the motion to approve the request~ seconded
by Director Lakeman and carried unanimously~
RESIDENT PARKING REQUEST
Resident Rlta Hale of 817 Fulton Street requested a resident only
parking sign. Police Chief Pavey said he would check the location out
first and report back.
MEADOWS DRIVE STREET LIGHT
City Engineer Assistant Victor Best requested a street light on
Meadows Drive. There are none there at this time. Director Lakeman
made the motion to approve the street light, seconded by Director
Harrod and carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Public
Works and Safety, Director Lakeman made the motion to adjourn at 9:45
A.M., seconded by Deputy to the Mayor and~arried u~animo3 ~.~
