A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA REQUESTING THE FIRE PENSION FUND
BUDGETARY ACCOUNTS REFRAIN FROM THE COMPLETE DISPERSION OF
SAID FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 2001
WHEREAS, it is in the best financial interest of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana
to deduct from Line 2, Form 4-B of the Fire Pension Fund $50,000 of the budgeted funds
for the 2001, as these monies will not be used and/or needed for the year 2001, and
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Je£fersonville that it is the decided opinion that such a reduction of expenditures would be
in the best financial interest of the City o£ Jeffersonville.
