City A~,tt;rney Gat~igm~, and Clerk Lynne Kempf. Manager .C~<,!&~ian m,M*z ilo motion to approve the minutes of 4-19-99 as presented, seconded by Police Chief Pavcy ~nd carried unanimously. City En<ineer Mil!er made the molion to approve the payroll as presented, seconded by Manager Go~dman and cEr:-~ed - ~:"- ~, Roger Crdlh~s.~ a:~ked ~er'mis;sion~:. . to use the property at 241 Eastern Boulevard for a tent revivat. I¢0,~n:tger Go!dm:m made the moriou to approve a permit for a tent revival, seconded by EMC RE~ Ah~,S D~rector Traytcr asked the Board's approval to pay for repairs and calibration to the plant flow meters. Manager Goldman made t[~e mo:io:rl to approve t]~e repair and calibration, seconded by Engineer Miller and carded unanimously. c Z^TLQH. Building Commissioner Decker cited James Hack of 2000 Spring St. for junk vehicles, appliances sitting out, and overgrown property, ftc has made an attempt to clean up the back yard but still nt>eds overall clemmp. Building Commissioner Decker said a time france is needed to get this c:!e;:z~,p finished. M.~7~r Galiigan said the weeds need to be kept cut. Building Connnissioncr Decker suggested that Mr. Hack store his junk where it can't be seen by anyone or a ~kuce will have to be put up. Building Commissioner Decker will be checking periodically on progress. Mr. i ~ .lack told Mayur G~liigan that there is 3-4 t"t~ of water in a ditch in front of his property. BD~ 2, City Attorney GalNgan inlbrmed the Board that Mr. Bowley of 629 Mechanic Street has supplied to he,,: a signed pefitior; ~om l'~is surrounding neighbors that they agree with the alley being vacated beside Ms house.
