A RESOLUTION UTILIZING
KEYSTONE CONSULTING SERVICES, INC.,
AS A SOFTWARE SYSTEMS VENDOR FOR
THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TREASURER
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville finds that it is beneficial
to utilize financial sofrware systems from Keystone Consulting Services, Inc. and,
WItEREAS, Keystone Consulting Services, Inc., has provided financial software
systems and updates to Indiana municipalities which contain procedures and produce
forms that are required and approved by Indiana State Board of Accounts and State Board
of Tax Commissioners and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville adopts Keystone Consulting Services, Inc. financial software systems and
requests that the State Board of Accounts approve all forms which have been previously
submitted by the City of Jeffersonville prior to April 2001 and any update and revisions
provided in the future for use by the City of Jeffersonville.
